Hormone Paris This is Not Caffeine is a rich oriental-gourmand fragrance created by perfumer Shadi Samra as an unusual olfactory interpretation of alertness and concentration. The composition is inspired by the feeling of energy and clarity usually associated with caffeine, yet the fragrance does not reproduce the literal smell of coffee, instead expressing a complex multilayered atmosphere of warmth and inner uplift. The perfume is built on the contrast of sweet gourmand nuances, spicy accents, and a deep woody-amber base, resulting in a насыщенный and expressive character. This is a unisex fragrance, although its dense sweet-spicy character and coffee depth are often perceived as slightly more suitable for men.
The composition opens with a rich and warm combination of caramel, cinnamon, coconut, sage, and peppermint, creating a contrast between sweetness and refreshing coolness.
