These Website Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") define the procedure for accessing and using the website intoxication.com.ua (hereinafter — "Website"), owned and administered by the individual intoxicationworld (hereinafter — "Administration", "Intoxication"). By using the Website, the visitor (hereinafter — "User") confirms that they have read and fully agree to these Terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The website intoxication.com.ua is an online platform for the Intoxication online store, designed for familiarizing with the assortment of perfumery products, including decants, miniatures, and full-size bottles, as well as for placing orders remotely.
1.2. These Terms apply to all sections of the Website, including the catalog, shopping cart, personal account, feedback forms, and blog ("Aroma Lab" section).
1.3. Use of the Website is also governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping and Refund Policies posted on the Website.
2. Registration and Personal Account
2.1. Registration of a personal account is not mandatory for placing an order, however, the User may create an account on the Website for convenience of future purchases.
2.2. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (login, password) for their personal account and for all actions performed under their account.
2.3. The Administration has the right to refuse registration or block an account in case of violation of these Terms or provision of inaccurate data by the User.
3. Rules for Using the Catalog and Placing an Order
3.1. Information about Products (name, volume, price, availability) is placed by the Administration at its own discretion and may be updated without prior notice.
3.2. Images of Products on the Website are illustrative and may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the packaging due to display features on device screens.
3.3. Orders are placed exclusively through the shopping cart on intoxication.com.ua. Consultations regarding fragrance selection can also be provided through Intoxication's official contacts listed on the Contact Us page, but payment and actual order placement occur on the Website.
3.4. The User is obliged to provide accurate contact information when placing an order. The Administration is not responsible for consequences caused by providing inaccurate information.
4. Decanting Perfumery: Features of Catalog Use
4.1. The "Decanting" section contains original perfumery, hand-poured from a factory bottle into a smaller atomizer (from 1 ml).
4.2. Intoxication is not a manufacturer, official distributor, or affiliate of the brands whose fragrances are presented in the catalog. Brand names and fragrance names are used solely for the identification of the decanted Product and belong to their respective rights holders.
4.3. The actual volume of liquid in a decant bottle may differ from the stated amount within technological tolerances, of which the User is informed in the Product description.
5. User Rights and Obligations
5.1. The User has the right to: view the catalog and information about Products; place orders in accordance with these Terms; contact the Administration through the contacts listed on the Website.
5.2. The User is prohibited from: using the Website for unlawful purposes, including fraudulent activities; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website's technical infrastructure; copying, reproducing, or distributing Website materials without the Administration's written consent; posting inaccurate, offensive information or spam on the Website (in reviews, forms, comments).
6. Administration Rights and Obligations
6.1. The Administration has the right to: change the structure, design, functionality, and content of the Website without prior notice; restrict or terminate User access to the Website in case of violation of these Terms; involve third parties (delivery services, payment services) for order fulfillment.
