Kilian Vodka on the Rocks is a fresh and crystal-clear fragrance by By Kilian, inspired by the sensation of icy vodka served with sparkling cubes of ice. The composition conveys an effect of cold purity and transparency, as if the scent were sculpted from frozen facets and crisp air. This is an elegant and minimalist perfume built around cool spicy and woody accents that create a refined impression of freshness.
Fragrance opening
The fragrance opens with a bright accord of cardamom and coriander, adding a cool spiciness and subtle sharpness. In the top notes, a characteristic aldehydic effect enhances the illusion of icy clarity and frosted freshness. At the heart, rhubarb unfolds, bringing a light fruity tartness and green vibrancy. It is supported by nuances of rose, which appears clean and restrained, without excessive sweetness, making the composition more complex and harmonious.
The base is constructed around ambroxan, sandalwood, and soft woody notes.
